Uh Oh, I am going nowhere fast

A spark friend gently reminded me today that I have not updated my challenge goals for nearly a month. As you can all guess, I have not updated them because I have not been doing most of them. I will, however, get honest and post my lack of progress on my goals. Here goes:
Daily Tracking : 17/29 days 58%
Less than 1500 C per day: My average for the days I tracked was 1435 C, but since I only tracked 58% of the time I would guess that the other 12 days were way out of range.
More than 10,000 steps: Average 9502 not bad but I can certainly do better.
Strength Training 3X per week: I hit my target 50% of the time
Stretching 3X per week: not even close to 50%
Blogging 1X per week: 25% but this blog will help it start back in the right direction.
Okay I have totally blown it for the past few weeks. I am not scratching my original goals but I will aim to hit 95% for the remainder of my challenge.
