If you belive in your self you know you can do it! Let'a talk about goals, in order to achive your long tem goals you have to work on your short term goals. I try to just work on loseing 10 pounds, so it makes it easier to fouces on that in a period of time insead of foucing on my over all weight lose because I know I'll get there someday not today but I know i can do it. So, if you haven't tryed this idea yet, try it out and see how you do and hopefuly this will help you with your short term goals. Hope you are having a great day.
