Thinking about weight loss options-surgery ? If so sleeve or bypass?

I made several healthy choices today. I had 5 glasses of water instead of drinking diet pop. I went on a walk with my daughter after lunch. If I could make healthy choices all the time I wouldn't need surgery. If I did go through the process and have surgery, I'm leaning toward sleeve because it allows your digestion to be more normal and able to digest nutrients. It just makes your stomach smaller and takes away the part of your stomach that produces hunger hormones. The gastric bypass is more scary with possibility of dumping syndrome and problems absorbing nutrients. They say you lose more weight with the bypass though. The way I see it I have 3 choices- diet and exercise without the extra tool of surgery. The sleeve surgery which would make me less hungry so I could make healthier choices or the bypass. I'm going to start the process with a appt, because I might not even be eligible. More info will help me decide.
