New Approach

So apparently I haven't been keeping up with my former plan. I have decided to simplify. I now plan to take 3000 steps a day until it becomes easy. At that point I will up the count to 4000 steps and slowly work my way up. Hoping I can stick with this. Starting tonight by taking my dog for a walk around Kiwanis Park lake.
