Day 3 of 100 Days of Exercise

I woke up with something pulled in my right leg that hurts when I walk. Have a slight summer cold. This is day 2 of my intense workouts and it looks like I'm not going to be able to do it. We are going to the pool again this morning, so maybe I'll walk around the pool and work out what got pulled? I don't want to miss my work out but then I don't want to really hurt whatever it is I've done to my leg.
Didn't sleep worth a flitter last night. I tossed and turned and tossed some more. Don't know what I did different, but I sure hope I don't do it tonight because last night was miserable!
If my leg starts feeling better I'll do my workout video for at least 15 minutes then at least 10 minutes on the elliptical. If it is still hurting i'll walk around in the pool and do some stretching and hope tomorrow is better.
Don't have worked out what I'm going to eat yet, but will work on that and staying under my calorie goals. Will probably be soup and crackers today.
I don't feel it so much now, but used to be I'd get frustrated or whatnot and go get on the treadmill or elliptical or go lift weights and I'd get in the zone and that would really help me work out frustrations.
Today I will:
Take a nap if possible!
Take plenty of vitamins and chicken noodle soup!
Drink my water
Try not to make my cold worse at the pool
