Day 7 of 100 Days of Exercise

Last night was wonderful! We went to an oyster bar in Atlanta, and it was wonderific! The oysters were awesome! I had a healthy dinner of wild rice with fruits and veggies and nuts with a blackened mahi steak, yum! Didn't eat but half of the mahi steak, it was huge, but yummy! Did have some cheesecake for dessert, but it was soooo yummy too!

I'm going to have to seriously watch my calories for the next few weeks... my DH bought me a mixer! One of those big industrial strength ones emoticon I LOVE to bake, but the amount of kneading needed on a lot of the pastries and breads had made it to where I've not tried to make them. Now, however, I have the mixer to do the kneading for me! I think first I'll make bagels for DH!! I'm eventually going to make a sourdough starter too. Should be a nice science/home ec. experiment for me and the girls!

emoticon Going to eat lite for breakfast and dinner, I think DH is planning on us going out to eat with my in-laws (tired of eating out!).

emoticon Today was a lite day so worked out for 30 minutes on the Wii Fit, 10 minutes on the riser. Since I missed working out yesterday because I slept in I might work out again later, just a short 10 minutes on the elliptical. We have so much to do, we might be out and about all day! At least I'll get some walking in while grocery shopping!

How true is that!? Up till recently I haven't had much of a plan. Now I've got my plan in place and am following it as best I can!
