Day 8 of 100 Days of Exercise

Had a bad food day yesterday. We ended up being out, so we ate out, fast food. I ended up with a headache and went to bed early. You'd think I'd be wide awake, but I'm ready to roll over and go back to sleep. Apparently if I get more than 8 hours of sleep my body decides it's time to go into hibernation and we should sleep all day!
I'm going to do much better on my food today!! We went shopping yesterday to get me some veggies for salads and sandwiches. I've got the food, now to eat it and not eat poorly!
I need to wake up! Time to pull out my secret weapon: The biggest loser! I always get so motivated when I watch it! I'll watch an episode of that and then be more motivated to work out. I might have to take it easy today, my hips are really hurting, but I will get a work out in!
And that is what I've been doing. If one plan fails, move on to the next! Somewhere out there is a plan that will work for me!
Today I will:
Drink my water
Stay in calorie range
Make fresh peach cobbler
