i have been so down with not losing weight, and being in this plateau.. i was weighing my self everyday, and not eating enough calories... so last week i promised not to step on the scale until thursday. i also upped my calories to the middle of my target range..i also intensified my workouts! i was excited to step on the scale this morning... i kept thinking i know i lost weight now! i stepped on the scale and i GAINED a fricken pound! what the heck am i doing wrong??? i am starting to get discouraged because it has been since may that i have not lost anything! i did lose those 80 pounds in 2 years and am keeping them off but why wont the scale move??? why did i go up a pound??? why cant i lose weight/inches!!! help anyone???!!!
