My Healthy Choices Reward System Starts Today!

I am setting up a Healthy Choices Reward System for myself. I will chart my activities and reward myself with a star for each accomplishment. Once I earn a hundred stars I will treat myself with a non food reward.
I have already set up my Nutritional Tracker and Exercise Tracker. I have printed them out and have them ready for the day. I am excited to see what I will accomplish.


My Healthy Choices Reward System


1 star for 15 minutes of Strength Training

1 star for each day I Strength Train

1 star for walking at least 30 minutes

1 star for 15 Cardio Exercise

1 star for each day I do Cardio

1 star for taking 1 day off from exercise

1 stars for drinking eight or more cups of water per day

1 stars for staying below my daily carb range

1 star for meeting my daily calorie goal emoticon

1 star for staying below my daily fats emoticon

1 star for staying below my cholesterol emoticon

2 stars for keeping my food tracker emoticon emoticon

2 stars for taking time for myself to relax or meditate

2 stars for weighing myself once a week only emoticon

2 stars for measuring myself once a month

100 stars = Non Food Reward
