Day 12 of 100 Days of Exercise

Yesterday marked the first day of our rearranging the house. One of the things that moved is our computer, it went upstairs to what is going to become our 'common room' (where we hang out, watch tv, play games...) and DH's home office/studio. And so I'm stuck with the old slow laptop (soon to be getting a new, fast laptop). I like that because during school I can move it to where the kids need it or get it off the table so I have room. Makes my table seem empty though! And typing is slower while I get used to flat keys again.
My car is fixed and home, so I can go places again. I still can't believe the engine broke the engine mounts. Yikes. So glad I paid attention when all the lights on the dashboard came on! But ouch did that hurt my wallet!!
I'm not going to lay out a food plan for today, I don't know what we have to eat (need to go shopping). But will try my best to stay on track with my calories.
Gonna try a different workout DVD this morning. They are both by the same person and part of The Studio, but this one does not use weights. The one I'm doing does a lot of strength training with the aerobics and even though I don't use weights, my arms get really tired out. I need that, but not on non-strength training days! So going to try that DVD (Fat Burning Fusion) then work out on the elliptical for at least 10 minutes.
This is so true! It's not 'can' I work out in the mornings, it's 'will' I? Of course I can! But will I? That is another beast altogether. This morning I'm choosing to work out. I want this weight off. I will get it off! I will stick to my food plan, I will stay away from junk food!
Today I will:
Work out (DVD and elliptical)
Stay in calorie range
Drink my water
Go to the Library
Work on my To Do list
