How do you know when you're there?

I've always had a pretty stringent weight goal--and I mostly stayed within a few pounds, always "working toward" the last few pounds. (Not the recent gain after vacation--that really was a glitch! But I'm back to where I had been and usually stay)
My "weight chart" range is right where I am--though I remind myself they are just estimates. Yet more and more I've realized I'm afraid to accept that I'm at a good weight. I'm think I'm afraid I'll slack off--and also, I'm afraid it means this is as good as I can get!
But more and more I see that further changes need to come from exercise/weights/muscle improvement, and that I'm pretty much where I need to be weight-wise. And for whatever reason, that is hard for me. But I'm going to focus on maintaining--which is actually VERY hard--and on muscle improvement.
OK, I'll probably keep my goal where it is on my tracker for a bit longer! And I'll probably still try for 2 more pounds. But in my heart, I know that this place I'm at now--within a couple of pounds at least-is the right place weight-wise...and I have to focus on muscle.
