So I've been on this journey for over a year now and I've lost a lot of weightbut I've been gaining some back and it's very frustrating part of my problem is I'm not motivated to exercise. this is been going on for several months. hopefully I will be motivated soon I'm going to try to make myself exercise tomorrow I have to do it.

    Try to get some friends to be your exercise buddies. It's more fun to exercise
    with friends. You can start with just going for walks together.
