Day 26 of yoga challenge

Hip-opening exercises which became almost painful due to the fact that my hips are locked up tight. I'm going to need patience here. I will rest with the fact that the tightness is decreasing even if it is ever so slowly.

Also I feel my lung capacity getting bigger/better. Woah!!!

    I have to work on my tight hips consistently. Yoga has definitely been helping me. So glad it is working for you!
