I'm getting very frustrated by my scale... I think it's broken.
I think I may need to make some adjustments in my diet. I actually started some light strength training this week. I did some one legged squats on Tuesday and oh man! I feel that today! haha Can I be honest, I don't know why... but strength training is hard for me. Not hard in that I'm weak and can't do much, but I just don't WANT to do it. I know I should, and I know all the benefits... I just don't enjoy it like others seem to, on the other hand... I can do cardio all day. No problem with that. But it seems my weight loss has offically stalled, so I really really really do need to start doing it. Hopefully the strength training will kick my weight loss back in gear. I'm tired of losing and gaining the same 2 lbs.
...have I mentioned I'm sore?

.. and I have to do more squats and other stuff tonight?
