I'm getting very frustrated by my scale... I think it's broken. emoticon

I think I may need to make some adjustments in my diet. I actually started some light strength training this week. I did some one legged squats on Tuesday and oh man! I feel that today! haha Can I be honest, I don't know why... but strength training is hard for me. Not hard in that I'm weak and can't do much, but I just don't WANT to do it. I know I should, and I know all the benefits... I just don't enjoy it like others seem to, on the other hand... I can do cardio all day. No problem with that. But it seems my weight loss has offically stalled, so I really really really do need to start doing it. Hopefully the strength training will kick my weight loss back in gear. I'm tired of losing and gaining the same 2 lbs.

...have I mentioned I'm sore? emoticon .. and I have to do more squats and other stuff tonight?

    Ya know, one of the things I don't miss is squats, I'm very limited on what I can do with my new ACL and that's still on the no-no list. lol. BUT man did you feel the burn for days.

    Power through it! & NEVERMIND the scale, keep up the excellent workouts and it will fall in line eventually.

    Totally opposite than me. I can't stand cardio, but can do strength training all day. LOL I just don't like to sweat.

    Did you do your squats tonight?

    Heh ... I'm sure you don't need some Spark guy in Washington yelling at you to do more squats lol.

    As for ST vs Cardio ... I used to like cardio a lot more ... then when I gave the ST a real chance I ended up liking it more. And now ... I like riding my bike more. Dare I say I even like running more?!?!? Ack!

    But each person is different, and it just might be that you just love cardio ... nothing wrong with that. However, what the ST will give you is a longer burn on the calories, as ST will continue to have burn benefits a bit longer after you do the ST.

    Anyway ... just don't give up :)
