Fast Metabolism Diet - I did it for 28 days!

I actually did it! I lost 11 pounds in 28 days! I am going to go another 28 days and try to lose some more weight. The main thing that I learned is that eating the foods that are on this diet have made me feel GREAT! I have energy, I am NOT hungry, my eczema is not nearly as bad, I am sleeping better, etc.... So, there is so much more than just losing weight. I still have over 20 pounds to go, but I am in no hurry. I want to run another marathon, and the fact is: I can't run with over 30 pounds to lose, it was becoming too hard, and I was getting so discouraged, but now I am going to stick to this diet and gain my energy and enthusiasm back and for GOOD! After the next 28 days I am going to go on a maintenance phase. I will modify the plan so it is not as strict, but I will follow the rules and stay away from the forbidden foods that I do not miss at all.
This is what I have given up for 28 days:
no caffeine - and I LOVE STARBUCKS!
no sugar
no wheat
no bread
no starchy veggies
no alcohol (wow, and I LOVE wine)
no processed foods
no gluten
and I know there's more, but this is what I can think of right now.

SO I will post more as progress continues.
