Day one

Ok I just had my rant post a few moments ago so now I am going to get this back on track.

I have already had about 700 calories today and I have not even had lunch yet! My water intake is at 0 and I am debating on weather or not to go to the gym. emoticon

So as soon as I get off the computer (which will be right after this post). I am going to go fill up my water bottle, take a big long drink and fill it up again. Then I am going to walk over to the gym and hop on the treadmill for an hour's worth of interval training. After that I am going to go to the weight room and do my scheduled arms work out. After I get home I will make a salad with lite dressing for lunch. Drink more water, do my homework, pick up the kids from school, go to the park and play, drink more water and make a healthy dinner of fish and veggies.

emoticon I will do this! I will become a better example to my daughter. I will be comfortable with my body when I am with my boyfriend! I will be that smoking hot mom! emoticon
