Plan - Planning meals and preparing what can be done the night before so there's NO excuse for "I didn't have time" or "I overslept". Time permitting I will batch cook as well and freeze for later use! No true obstacles forseen this week, so this should work well!
Act - Consistently track meals the night before, which makes "plan" even easier! Tracking BEFORE eating provides an additional layer of motivation and accountability! No room for error when it's in black and white! Water, water, let's not forget the water! Must flush out all those nasty toxins and fat being burned off!
Write - Previous week was quite honestly a disaster as a result of lack of planning, which is why I'm committed to making the necessary changes!
Set - Non scale goal is to complete all Tiger challenges, and reach a calorie burn goal for the week of 3500! Coupled with spot on nutrition I know this will yield the 2 pound loss results I've set!
Execute - Due to schedule, if time is not permitting I'll use the "Power of 10" rule! Experience has proven this is the perfect way to accomplish more than originally set out to!
