Can this possibly be true? uh, yeah...it's working!

I'm having incredible success after decades of eating every sweet item possible .. & in large quantities. I just read Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck, Ph.D. The subtitle is "Train your brain to think like a thin person." THAT'S the key! The "catch" is one must actually DO what she advises..and in the past, I could seldom make myself follow through. But this time I did.

I don't crave chocolate--or anything else. I have been totally addicted to the caffeine in soda for 5 decades. Her techniques are simple and I'm tellin' you...her suggestions coupled w/ education and support from SP are golden!

You choose your own "diet". I chose SP's "lifestyle change" approach rather than a "diet". I'm losing weight and my life is no longer run by "what am I gonna eat & how soon?!!" I just finished a 10-day vacation which always, always, always causes me to gain weight & return to old, bad habits which I thought I'd conquered. I gained one lb. & I expect it to be gone very soon. It's not a fad or trendy. Combined w/ SP, it is fantastic. Read it AND follow the guidelines. Let me know what you think!

    I read her book and agree with her 100%. Can't say I've conquered everything but I've sure made progress.

    I'm glad it's working for you. I've read of other people having great success with her program. It seems to be a very good one.
