Expectations for BLC 26

This round the Blue Lion Trackers will have an open tracker system. I was nervous about it at first but I know this will benefit me and help me meet my goals for BLC 26. My goals for this round are:
1. I am at my goal weight so I need to maintain between 125-130.
2. Get back in a ST routine. I have been doing mostly cardio for about 6 months. Find a program that I enjoy and add ST 2x week.
3. See a decrease in my measurements by the end of the round.
4. Increase my protein intake so that I am meeting my daily requirements on most days.
I am looking forward to a great round!
