Its Important to do Strength Training

I woke up after eight hours of sleep and decided to look on Spark people for strength training. I found a workout from the generator. I started working out and feel great. I like to feel toned and fit. By working out my muscles will be a little more toned. I need to do this three times a week to reap the benefits.
I hope I can keep up the workouts. Many things get in the way of working out and for me its work. I need to work out early or I may not at all. If I have a work schedule that is early then it is hard to fit into the day. This week I am lucky I only work every other day so you know I will be working out the days I have off. I will have to workout sometimes in the evenings also. For me it will be a struggle to workout later in the day but if I reward myself with a manicure then I may be able to do the workouts. I still need a cardio workout but it is a good start.
