Well, my foot felt better last night during my run. I've been running since this spring and haven't had any pains until last night! Suddenly my arches hurt and then I had dang shin splints. What the heck!
Both went away after 2 miles thankfully, but I REALLY need to do some ST and probably better stretching.
However, after my run my feel were really sore. Not in a worrisome way, but the way your feet get tired after walking all day. I iced them last night, but they're still a little sore this morning. So, being the person that I am.. I did some research.
