So sleep... it really is very important. For me, if I'm tired through the day, I snack. and I mean SNACK. And I want sugar, but it only works for awhile, so eventually, I'll be getting more sugar. It's an endless cycle all dang day. Unfortunately, I haven't been sleeping well and it really caught up with me yesterday. It was a day full of poor decisions in regard to eating. So, even though I REALLY wanted to watch the Royals game (because it's been "awhile" since they were in the World Series!!!) I knew this was the first game of the series. So, I took an advil pm last night and was sweetly passed out in bed by 9. And this morning, I feel awesome!!! haha
