See how I went a little bi-lingual there? Pretty fancy eh?

So sleep... it really is very important. For me, if I'm tired through the day, I snack. and I mean SNACK. And I want sugar, but it only works for awhile, so eventually, I'll be getting more sugar. It's an endless cycle all dang day. Unfortunately, I haven't been sleeping well and it really caught up with me yesterday. It was a day full of poor decisions in regard to eating. So, even though I REALLY wanted to watch the Royals game (because it's been "awhile" since they were in the World Series!!!) I knew this was the first game of the series. So, I took an advil pm last night and was sweetly passed out in bed by 9. And this morning, I feel awesome!!! haha

In other news... I posted my first challenge as a team leader this morning. Very excited about it. If you're part of the SA (San Antonio) team, make sure to sign up. And if you're NOT part of the SA team, feel free to check it out. Even if you're not in SA, you can still join. Really. Nobody's going to kick you out. In fact, one of our most active members isn't even in the state of TEXAS... *gasp! emoticon

siii, lo es! I like a good nights' sleep. Haven't had one in a while. If only there were like 30 hrs in a day...

Good you know what triggers your sweet tooth. Not sure about mine but it seems if I haven't had sweets for a while and start thinking about a particular sweet...then the obsession starts. Still working on taming the shrew :))

And thanks for your support on my latest blog. Friends like you are so important on this journey and your encouragement is always appreciated. have a nice evening!

If you're from San Antonio then why the Kansas City Royals backdrop? I am from the other side of the state of MO in Cardinal land. But yes sleep is very important as it affects our hunger, our energy level, etc. Also congrats on joining your first challenge. These challengers keep me on point! Welcome and good luck!

One of the SA members is from out of state? Why is that? I bet he is the teams mascot. I bet he dresses up in a giant jangly Spur outfit and rah rah's you all on. (Or maybe he kicks you with his Spur self .. I dunno.)

I will say, you should likely be wary of anyone dressing up as a giant Spur ... or a ninja ... or a zombie. Not that this non-SA person would dress that way. But you never know.

At any rate .... yeahhhhhhh for getting sleep. One other thing that can occur with little sleep, besides poor snacking choices ... is you get wiggly and write goofy things on peoples blog posts!

PS - woohoo on your challenge blog post! You make a great team leader!
