Dear SparkPeople Friends:

Sorry I haven't been in contact.

Charlie, our community dog, decided to make a swift change of directions on the evening of 9/23. (He's much cuter than this & is a Cock-a-Poo, white & apricot).

I broke my tailbone, whiplashed my neck, and hurt everything in between. My legs folded under me and I couldn't get up. Thank goodness for cell phones to get someone to rescue me off the rocks.

Then my daughter took me to the ER.

I'm finally getting around a little better but have to use my friend's walker. (Thank you, Anna!)

I'll try to keep in touch.
