What can I do????

This is my first week with sparkpeople and I am really disappointed in my self because as much as I want to follow this plan. I seam to fail at some point every day. I do well when I am at work, but when I leave things get crazy. My husband picks me up from work and he wants to go eat. Fast food. I have a hard time telling him no because when I get home I will have a 1,000 things to do. So eating out is a blessing and a curse. I know what to eat, but he always says "try this" and I do. Later I am so upset with myself.
I need to do better. HELP!!!!
p.s. I have the exercise on point because we have a gym at work.
