What Success Looks Like

So I have gained 20 lbs. from my lowest weight, since July. Since my back has been hurting, I am struggling to not be depressed about this. I received the following information from my health coach that I wanted to share.
Yesterday I started walking again, recommitting to trying to get 10,000 steps in a day. I can do this. My husband and I are also going to go on walks together and are both going to try to lose 20 lbs.
"Remember, THIS is what success looks like:
Understanding the road to success is often a bumpy one, what matters is that we stay on course. For the areas that are bumps hop over, but for those that you feel may be a brick wall maybe you gotta focus there for now on how to knock that wall down. You need to decide what the bumps and brick walls are for you.
With all that in mind... the very first thing I suggest is getting moving- even if that means only walking for now. Movement is a great way to boost your mood as well keep on track with your weight loss goals. Getting up is the toughest part, but you will not regret it."
Also, the Spark articie below I found very helpful, too. It touches on mindful eating, on treating ourselves right, and on moving.
