Could Have Been Worse

Although I fell short of my goal of losing weight for 2nd week in a row, I did score a very solid "stayed the same." As I think back over my week and look at my food diary, I was probably lucky to achieve that. I was not as conscientious about my evening snacks, and my water consumption is way below recommended. Will tackle those two things this coming week and see if I can move that scale again. I am lucky to have a group of great supportive ladies in my small weight loss group in addition to all the support of Spark teammates.
