Nov. 7th - "on the floor"

Another difficult but interesting theme so here goes.
The only thing I could come up with is that I do meditation on the floor everyday for 5 to 10 minutes. Just do some deep breathing- say a few prayers - picture my happy place and meditate.
This keeps me centered and I learned how to do deep breathing. This has helped when life gets too stressful & I need to be calm. Almost wish I had learned - this meditation- many years ago. Have only been at it for maybe 4 years or so. Better late than never!
Wish I could say that I get down on the floor & do basic exercises for my body. But, alas, I do not. Have been giving it great thought about starting to add it to my workout routine but first want to add the weight/strength training.
Maybe one day I will just figure out what exercises I want to try and get down on the floor & just do it!!!! One day.....soon......
