Missed my weight loss group a week ago yesterday because I was traveling. It seems like each time that happens, I experience a small gain. Frustrating to me, since I have years of experience in this battle, and it seems that I should be able "to do it myself." As it was, gained 1/2 pound of October loss back, will get busy this week and work to get rid of it and hopefully a little more. The cold weather isn't helping, as it changes my movement options and seems to give me more appetite. So, although I don't like the gain, I will take the advice of another blog I read recently, "accept it and move on."

    That would be worth examining and figuring out if there is a correlation, cause and effect if you want to think of it in that manner! I do think you are being a little hard on yourself because support is crucial in keeping on the healthy life plan~

    As you are traveling can you do indoor exercises or videos, bring along resistance bands or alter your exercise to shake things up?
