Assignment: List 3 accomplishments

1) Lost 15# in the last few months & found a new strategy to stay motivated (most of the time).

2) Got brave & attended a private swimming class immediately after my strenuous fitness class yesterday. Talk about exhausted! I survived & did better than expected. Headed straight to pain killer this a.m.! All better!

3) Baked 2 batches of (favorite) cookies last night without eating a dab of dough or a cookie. They're everywhere in my kitchen & I won't eat even one. I swam & exercised too hard to eat all those calories back in 2 minutes!
