Continue to get up at 0545 (except Saturdays) to read my devotional, Bible, Bible study group book and workbooks and then blog on SP
Weigh in every day!
Drink 64 oz of water every day!
Work out at least 10 minutes (walk or elliptical) every day except Sunday
Get more active on SP!
One Time Goals:
Buy at least one new work out outfit
Buy a new water bottle
Finish rearranging living room
Clean up backyard
HS for two weeks then vacation!
Vacation: I'm glad we went because the kids enjoyed it, but I'm glad we are home and don't have to deal with it any more!!!
My main goals now are to get to walking every day, hopefully taking the little dog with us (the girls will go with me); drink my 64 oz of water every day; remember to take all my meds on time. I'll try and get all those other things in, but these goals come first.
Woke up ready to go back to bed this morning, and I would have if it weren't for the fact that my sinuses were drowning me. Had to get up and let it all drain. Hot coffee never felt so good!
I got used to being in the bed a lot (for anxiety attacks, to get away from the smoke and the people) and took a nap every day. Now I got to get used to not doing that! I'm already feeling like I need a nap and I've only been up for an hour!
I miss my doggies, but it was really nice to not have to freeze my butt off to take them out to go potty!! That is why on my wishlist is a pair of fleece pants, so I can pop those on and then go outside so I won't freeze as much!
