Has it Really Been a YEAR?

What happened people? I have been letting the end slide! Well that is DONE. I just signed up for another half marathon so here comes training. I would like to loose 10 pounds before it as well so we shall see how this goes! I am up to doing 10 miles on my long runs again so I am pretty close, and the race isn't until the end of January so there is some time. It is hard to let go of your old speeds though, I know I wont be as fast as I was last year, but that is ok (I keep telling myself) it is just getting out the door!


In other news this little curly headed girl is turning two this month! We are having her party next weekend (tea for two theme!) She is developing so quickly, she sings all the words to songs, loves dragons and swimming, and has started pre-school it is crazy!

Here we are after my little (4 mile) run today, snow is still here!

    What a cutie! Congrats on signing up for the half. If you are doing 10 miles now you will have no problem at all. I know that we did 12 for our longest training run about 3 weeks before and then tapered. Love the tea for two theme.
