My inspiration is....
I've gained 15 lbs since July, and I want this girl back.
Here's my plan:
Monday rest day
Wednesday walk 3-5 miles + core
Friday walk 3-5 miles + core
Sunday yoga + long walk
* aim to walk 1-2 miles every day, 10,000 steps
