My goals for this round were:
1. I am at my goal weight so I need to maintain between 125-130.
2. Get back in a ST routine. I have been doing mostly cardio for about 6 months. Find a program that I enjoy and add ST 2x week.
3. See a decrease in my measurements by the end of the round.
4. Increase my protein intake so that I am meeting my daily requirements on most days.
I would say I did okay this round, but didn't push myself hard enough.
I stayed between 125-130 all round, but on the high side.
I started going to a weekly ST class at the gym.
My measurements are the same except for a decrease in my hips.
I am doing better with protein with the addition of protein powder added to my breakfast yogurt, but I still need work in this area.
My plan over the holidays is to continue to maintain my weight and ST classes. I will also look for a race (run, bike, tri, something) to give me something to work towards.
