Television Really DOES Add Weight!!

Friday, December 12, 2014

Finally I made it under 150lbs again and none too soon.

I have been doing background acting on TV shows and in Movies and just saw myself on TV a few days ago.

I am not sure if Saving Hope airs in the States but those of you in Canada probably know the show or know if it. I am an almost every 2nd episode this season starting with episode 6, as a background actor - which most know as 'extras' - those people that are always in the background and never have any lines...they may be a blur across the screen or they may actually get some real time on tv.

These photos are taken from my television where I was on screen for about 5 or 6 seconds beside the main actors...that's me on the right. I hate how they always put my hair up- I don't wear my hair up...EVER and in this photo I have a double chin and look pretty large...guess it is true what they say about Television adding 10lbs....or 20!!! YIKES!!!!

I think this is going to help give me that extra boost to get back down to where I want to be, because I love being on TV but I would like to look good on TV too!!! Motivation is good!

Congratulations for being on Saving Hope! I love that show. I watch it every chance I get. There are times I miss an episode, but I catch up later. How exciting for you.

I heard of the 10 pound weight gain on t.v. That's got to be tough for the main actors, I mean, they must have to stay on a really strict diet.

As for your hair being put up, it looks like you're acting as a nurse. All nurses must have their hair pulled back and out of the way. Actually I think that's the way for most people with long hair in the hospital that work their. Unless they only do desk jobs.

Yes, use this as a motivator. Hope you had a really good holiday.

    Hugs.
