Keep on losing through the holiday season

These are my goals for the 10 week Winter Freeze Off Biggest Loser Challenge that I am participating in. I'm not off to a great start so I am posting these here so I can remind myself. Dates are Dec. 12th through Feb. 19th
1--Exercise five times a week, for a minimum of 100 cardio minutes and 25 strength training minutes
2--Stay in my calorie range and track every single day
3--Drink my water every single day
4--Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetable servings every single day
5--Do the ITC challenges for the team and participate in team chat
6--Lose 20 lbs over the 10 weeks.
I know this is doable, despite having two major holidays, my birthday, and my twins' birthday in there. Those are still only four days. The exercise has been a killer for me to fit in so I am re-thinking what to do about that. Nutrition is always a challenge during holidays and parties. But none of this is a deal breaker. The goals are simple. Not always easy, but simple.
