Determined to Get Back on Track

I have taken the past few months off and it is starting to show. I started a new job at the beginning of the month that allows me to have snacks at my desk and I haven't been choosing the best ones. I have gained several pounds in the last month after remaining at a steady weight for several months. I plan on starting slow to get back into the swing of things. I plan to start with just drinking more water instead of soda. After I can get my water intake back up I will start changing my eating habits and adding exercise.
