It's time for a new round of BLC to begin and I am really ready! I took a round off in the summer and then something pretty bad happened in our family (something I will not speak of online) and I did join BLC 26 but couldn't get my head in it. I wasn't able to focus on life in general let alone participate in a challenge. It was the first time I actually dropped out of a challenge. I learned how much of an emotional eater I really am especially when I get to a depressed state of not caring about anything. I gained a lot of weight. Our family is doing better now and my husband and I will be participating in this round together as Tenacious Jungle Tigers and we are very excited!

My goals for this round:

I will lose 10 pounds
I will drink at least 6 glasses of water a day
I will get 300 fitness minutes in every week
I will track all of my food in my food tracker
I will participate in all team challenges

I am focused and I am ready!
