so much lemon water! (also, CONSISTENCY!)

I'm trying to drink more lemon water because of it's amazing benefits. Plus, it makes me drink more water. I've been trying to get to 64 oz a day this whole week. And today I actually made it at NOON. That means I still have the rest of the day to try for like 32-64 oz MORE.

I've been to the gym today, I'm eating a delicious kale and spinach salad for lunch, and you know, the water.

My shoulder has been killing me this week, so it hasn't been my best exercise week, but I feel like I might finally have my food figured out. It feels good to be in control of myself again. Now CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY!!!

Did I mention consistency?

2015 is the year of consistency.

    for me it's a 4 step streak that includes water (must try lemon water) and walks and movement and I'm on day #19 of 100.

    I have been on a cucumber water kick. Gives it a nice flavor and it has multiple health benefits too.

    I like the taste of lemon in water and tea. It does seem to help me get my quota of water for the day.

    Congratulation's on the 64 ounces of water. Just don't over do it. Getting enough water is as important as important as not over consuming water. Just know 10 - 12( 8 ounce glasses of water is ample for any one person in a day) Now if you are exercising and sweating profusely, yes you will need to replenish your water. But, still the maximum water is no more than 12 glasses of the 8 ounce in size, we also consume water from vegetables, fruits and other types of beverages that are not caffeinated or full of sugar. Other than that I would say "Go Girl"!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Yay for you, Sarah! It's so wonderful to hear you doing great. Consistency it is!!! I've read and heard so much about the great benifits of lemon water and watched how it jump started my Sarah's metabolism when she was losing weight and getting in shape for pregnancy. Every morning it was hot water with half a lemon for her - just for a start. Keep up your good consistent work!
