Each day I have been trying to stay focused and I started working out at the gym.
(I have not been to the gym in months!)
I worked out 4 out of 7 days this week! Yay!
To me, my challenge is just driving to the gym.
If I drive to the gym then I can pep-talk myself to just go into the gym for 10 minutes.
Then after I am in the gym for 10 minutes, I always say I will stay for 30 minutes (...and so on).
So far, this is working for me.
