How Weak I Am!

I did the core worlout from Sparks and I could not raise myself off the floor very much. my strength in the core is very weak. It will be a long time before I get back to Jillian Michael's workout again. Almost done with assignment just need to look up one reference.

    LOL, sounds like me when I started walking again in Dec. The first week was definitely a stroll, not a walk. Instead of berating myself for my pitiful lack of speed, I told myself, "Hey, I'm out and I'm moving, and that's a start. It will get better." Good for you, giving it a go again. Instead of saying "how weak I am", you might say, "Look! I've made a start! I'll be better at this soon." Hang in there. I might add that my first SP video in ages was pretty pathetic. However, I did what I could, nevermind what I used to be able to do, adapted where I needed to, and took my own advice--it'll get better.

    So hard to get fit but soooo easy to lose it. Strength is something we all need to work on as we age. I am working my way back to a "better" spot for me right now. I had to quit the gym so trying to do it at home and it is sooo easy to just skip doing the work.
