I have 30 days to decide if I'm going to enter the 2015 NYC marathon. Going to add Sparkpeople resources as part of this 30 day jump start and assessment phase.
I was in decent shape last September, but after deciding to defer on the 2014 marathon, I lost momentum...then the holidays...and now I just can't seem to get back on the wagon.
Plan is to pull out the old 30-Day Shred video, compliment that with 3x a week gym cardio/circuit training visits, and tracking eating habits again. No running yet. Need to get strong first.
(Wow, has Sparkpeople really loaded up on the advertising since I was here last.)
