I have 30 days to decide if I'm going to enter the 2015 NYC marathon. Going to add Sparkpeople resources as part of this 30 day jump start and assessment phase.

I was in decent shape last September, but after deciding to defer on the 2014 marathon, I lost momentum...then the holidays...and now I just can't seem to get back on the wagon.

Plan is to pull out the old 30-Day Shred video, compliment that with 3x a week gym cardio/circuit training visits, and tracking eating habits again. No running yet. Need to get strong first.

(Wow, has Sparkpeople really loaded up on the advertising since I was here last.)

    I have an extension on my Chrome browser that blocks ads. I'm sure it irritates them to no end. Glad to see you're back! When is the marathon?

    Want to try Crossfit? 30 days at a christian box in Escondido is only $35 (or you can do 5 classes for a total of $19). You will LOVE it, and you will be stronger before you start running:)
