Plan, Act, Write, Set and Execute!!
I am making sure to set aside time in the mornings after most of my children leave for school to get my exercise done because if I don't.....it won't get done.
I have printed out a chart that is taped to my computer desk that is a visual reminder to drink my water, complete the challenges, track my food and log into spark people.
My non-scale goal is to keep up on drinking my water and tracking all of my food and my scale goal is to lose 10 pounds this round!
My husband is participating in this round with me so we have each other to keep ourselves motivated. I will stick with my plan and be successful!
