Day 2

Made it through the first 24 hours. Accurately tracked food, and knowing that I was accountable helped me to resist the typical evening, post-dinner snacking. This time it was the Oreos calling my name. Lately, I would have indulged. But last night? Skipped.

First round of "shred" was difficult. I remember how not too long ago those routines were cake. But I was winded and worn out quickly. Really rusty. Embarrassing, but need to push through it.

    You gotta start somewhere, and winded & worn out is usually that starting point. You'll get back to the 'piece-o-cake' before you know it!
