It has been a while since my last blog post. Life has been interesting. I have upped the weights I lift and tweaking my other workouts. I have been using the 7 min app on my phone and that is an awesome body weight workout and very flexible. My wife, who has been my biggest motivator, and I have been doing the men's health new years workout for the past couple of weeks. It hits pretty much everything, but this time of year is always hard for me. All I want to do is eat and sleep and get fat. I have noticed that my upper body composition has changed. My shoulders and arms have gotten bigger and I'm digging that. My big problem now is my nutrition. I still have candy from Christmas that I try not to binge on. According to a Facebook survey test thing I am addicted to chocolate. So, this is where I am now. Not doing too bad, but need to do better. This year I plan to do more pushups, deadlifts, thrusters, and burpees. Wish me luck.
