Another Day Forward and Stuff of Life

I got all my exercising done already. I went back to Beach Body today; I am going to start back slowly. I did not do the floor workout of the Booty Sculpt; my abs are not that strong yet. It will take a while for me to get it back. I am down to 141.8 now less than 2 pounds but still a loss.
Have to think of which book I want to write a book review about for our writers group next month. I also have to write a devotion yet for our group next month. PowerPoint did not go so well. I wanted to show them something on the computer at the other members house cause I was doing the program. But it did not work cause I did not have the cord and it would not recognize her Wifi address. I will finish it up next month.

    Sounds like you had a full day also. Wise to take things slow - no sense in hurting yourself. Your body will let you know when you can do more.
