emoticon Sleeping has become one of my goals. I can't sleep on my back, never have been able to. I mostly sleep on my stomach now, but used to always sleep on my side. With the extra weight I have, sleeping on my side is uncomfortable. So I went and bought a long body pillow, the kind that is shaped like a 'C'. It's really comfortable, and I think I'll be able to sleep on my side with it. I'm hoping it will help me get better sleep and not wake up so much. Sleeping on my stomach, I have noticed, makes me have to get up and go to the bathroom more often.

emoticon I have not been doing well with my eating and exercising. I feel like I've been wasting time. I've got to get out of this funk I'm in and start working out and eating right! I've been doing pretty good on the eating, till I do something like not take a lunch to an all afternoon event and end up eating McD's. I will do better this week. I'm going to plan my meals and snacks ahead of time so that I won't be wondering what to eat and then end up eating a lot. I got some snacky foods that I can eat, I just have to remember that they are there!

emoticon I think I'm just in an exercise funk. I've been doing pretty good with my mood, have gone shopping and bought myself some new clothes. I went back into town to buy my daughter a bicycle I had found on sale (she loves it), I should have gotten her one ages ago. So I've been getting out, and driving more, I still have anxiety about it though.
