And so, here it is, WEIGH IN day.....
And I was ok with it cause I peeked yesterday and I was 129...down one pound.
So, I get on the scale this morning all prepared for 129 AND I SEE............130!!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO....no,no,no, no NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
How can that possibly be???
What do I do??? I can't report that I didn't lose anything not after the stellar week I had of making my
of tracking my nutrition every day. AND I worked out EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. this week. AND I followed my plan to a T.
HOW did I not lose that 1 pound???
Ok, what to do???

I'll just pace around the house for a bit....pace, pace, pace, RUN, pace, pace, RUN, Pace, RUN, PACE, RUN.....that ought to do it.....

Ok, go outside, (after getting dressed of course cause going out naked wouldn't be the thing to do) breathe, run back in the house, breathe, breathe, breathe.
Go outside and run around the house again....hey, it's cold out here, only 51*.....maybe I shivered it off??
Ok, so what's next???
I got it, I'll do some jumping jacks....yeah, that ought to do it.
Opps, I got to go to the bathroom first. Can't do jumping jacks if I have to go to the bathroom. That just won't work.....
Lalalalalala...thinking, thinking, thinking, while going, going, going.....(Yes, it was a #2 bathroom break and yes, I know.....TMI)
Ok, done....lets get the jumping jacks on........
Hm, wait....lets try the scale one more time..
129! 129! 129!!!

I lost 1 pound this week!
And no jumping jacks were involved!
