Falling off the blog wagon

I'm doing ok in my weight loss/eating/work out routine but so many days I look on here and think "I don't have anything to say!" I guess it's like they say when you have writer's block. Don't worry about what you're writing . . . just write!

So, a brief status update - I'm down 61 pounds from my known high, I've been staying right around 600 calories per day, I'm doing water aerobics at least twice a week, working out with a trainer twice a week and walking at least a mile most workdays. My trainer says he wants to see me in the gym more often though and I really am not getting enough liquids or sleep.

With so much work and working out, though, I'm often missing out on things I LOVE to do. I'm in the middle of a book that I really enjoy but sometimes can't even find 10 minutes a day to read. There are two tv shows that I really enjoy during the week but I never get to see them any more. This is going to be a REAL problem with Game of Thrones returns, lol.

During the week I honestly have frequent days where I get up at 6:00 and go to work and then get home just in time to "unwind" for half an hour or so (that means, clean up the living room or kitchen, wash my face, brush my teeth, go through the junk mail, take the dog out, etc.) and then fall into bed for 6 or 7 hours of sleep and then I'm off to work again.

Something's gotta give.

    Don't wear yourself out. Try to carve out some time downtime for yourself.
