January Wrap up

January has been a teeter todder month! Somethings went over very well, something... not so much.

*my goal to stop the piling is coming along very well. My mail center isn't completely set up and finished, BUT, I have gone thru ALL my piles and either filed and put in a "do something" stack. I'm halfway thru the "do something" stack, so I'm feeling pretty accomplished.

*My goal of running a consistent 12 min mile is progressing. I'm not there yet, but I went for a run this morning and averaged a 13:15 min mile, which is about a min or two off my time at the first of the year, so I am making head way.

*I think my main goal for February will be to continue to run, add some ST and also to really get down to eating better. I've been very "meh" about my diet, and I need to get back on track. Went to the grocery store this morning and got some good choices to munch on. Now I just need to do my measurements.

I meant to take a picture today, but alas, I completely forgot. so, no picture. sorry. emoticon

    I also went to the store for some good choices to munch on. Hit 75 pounds and 6 months - then BAM! plateau like crazy. Keep losing and gaining the same half pound. February will be better...for both of us!
