The last two weeks of January was challenging. I am suffering from insomnia. I've been dealing with bouts of insomnia my entire life so I have ways of coping. However, I'm still very tired which leads me to make poor dietary choices. I try to remind myself that I'm tired not hungry but it can be hard to steer myself into a healthy direction.
I'm hoping my insomnia streak will end soon. I prefer a healthier streak! I'll strive to continue my goal of 20 minutes of exercise daily. I'd like to add 10 minutes more but I know that if the insomnia continues I'll fail to meet that goal. Since I'm exhausted I don't want to be disappointed too!
Looking forward to February....and hopefully a good night's sleep.
